The practice of yoga provides a way to calm the mind and reconnect with the body and spirit. This is accomplished by practicing asanas (physical postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises).

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of “moving meditation” and relaxation. As a rejuvenation exercise, it promotes healing and stress management as well as increasing memory and concentration. Tai Chi helps improve joint flexibility, muscle strength and balance. Students will learn movements coordinated in a flow of effective, simple exercises and can benefit from this healing form.
